It isn’t everyday that we find a new supercar on the market that will take out breath away - but this is an exception. You take one look at the new Tramontana R and the first thought that will come to your mind is whether or not this is the new beefed up Batmobile! It certainly looks like it could replace the bulk of the car that they have been using during the first two movies.

The Tramontana R supercar was produced by the small, independent Tramontana Group. The group has promised to create something that could rival Lamborghini and Ferrari - but would be even better and more interesting.

Underneath the hood sits a Mercedes 5.5 liter, V12 engine that pushes out 550 horsepower. This is only engine option that you can have. If this isn’t enough power for you than you have the option of choosing the twin turbocharged engine that pushes out an amazing 760 horsepower. According to the new automaker the supercar has the ability to rev from 0 to 100 mph in 3.6 seconds.

It has a short wheelbase that gives it the proper aerodynamics and handling and is only 2,777 pounds. It is equipped with 20 inch carbon fiber and magnesium wheels, Ohlins suspension, and six piston Brembos handle stopping.

The interior of the Tramontana R is built with carbon fiber and is available with a chop top steering wheel, LCD instrumental panel, and a six speed sequential gearbox. Not surprisingly only 12 of these beauties will be pushed through production and each one will cost around $495,000. The official debut of the Tramontana R will be during the Top Marques Monaca show.
